A Present Cake!!!!!

Chocolate!!!!!!! I love chocolate and I love working with it too!!!!!! This cake is a chocolate cake, filled and covered in chocolate ganache and then in chocolate paste. The bow is made out of flowerpaste. Here is the tutorial that I follow to make it,




Here is my Dark Chocolate Ganache recipe:-

INGREDIENTS

200g Chocolate ( Good quality chocolate with 50% or more cocoa solids)
100ml Double Cream

For White Chocolate Ganache:-

300g Chocolate (Good Quality Chocolate)
100ml Double cream
