Orchid wedding cake.

I had a request for this 5 tier wedding cake. Top 3 tiers are eggless cake and the bottom two are Vanilla sponge cakes. The Moth orchids are made out of flowerpaste, but I coloured a soft lilac colour paste, deep purple. I stacked all 5 tiers at home. It was so nerve-racking when the time came for delivery. But my dear husband did a great job by driving so carefuly.

Ben 10, Octanauts and a Castle cake!!!!!!!!!

I love making cakes for girls. This castle cake is one of my favourites. The turrets are made out of Pastillage and the rooves were done by using Ice cream cones, covered in sugar paste stripes.

My friend's younger son is a big fan of Ben 10. So made this for his birthday.

I was wanting to make a sea themed cake and I was asked to do this Octanauts cake. Loved making all the little sea shells and weeds. The customer provided the characters.

Combined Birthday.....

This was for a husband and wife's combined birthday. The husband loves fishing and the wife loves gardening. So this is the design I came up with. Another cake that I enjoyed doing......
